Ok, not quite. But I've entered the specialization period of my training. I guess its about darn time, after all of the base I've put in over the winter. Today's run workout was:
15:00 warm up
5x 8:00 TH w/ 2:00 AR
5:00 Cool down
I got in 7.49 miles, in 1:11 which is pretty good, considering.
The sheep were out at the farm, which was fun, but no llamas yet. Must still be too cold for llamas. It was a pretty good run. A little to windy, and there were tons of people out walking dogs and whatnot, despite the cold. Probably because it was a Saturday and everyone wanted to get out while it was sunny.
I was also very proud of myself for running. I was so tired. Working 6:30-12:00 takes a lot out of you. Then of course I made biscotti too today. Although, I did skip my swim and lift after work because my stomach was eating itself. Coffee + 6 hours since breakfast = SUPER hungry. And SUPER hungry + workout = big fail.
